The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead our Fashion, Fitness and Luxury vertical sales organization. This role requires a leader who can operate in ambiguity, define strategy where problems and opportunities are not yet clear, and use significant expertise and high judgment to design the right team structure and mechanisms to meet long-term business goals.

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Fashion vertical, distilling diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to set direction and achieve consensus on priorities
• Design long-term strategies and mechanisms that address unique industry needs including brand positioning requirements, multi-channel attribution, and social marketing integration.
• Partner across organizations (Retail, AWS, Prime Video, Sports, Music, Twitch, Creators) to ensure the vertical is set up for success with integrated solutions
• Stay abreast of fashion industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging advertising innovations both inside and outside Amazon
• Manage a team of 7+ direct reports, typically including other managers
• Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent with fashion industry expertise and consultative selling capabilities
• Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals
• Create and implement sales programs, tools, and mechanisms that increase team performance and scale across the vertical
• Foster an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued, trusted, and connected
