The Creative Marketing Manager for Amazon Now owns the end-to-end creative strategy that defines how Amazon Now visually communicates speed and convenience options to customers. This role establishes the strategic foundation for Amazon Now's creative approach, developing template frameworks, channel strategies, and campaign guidelines that serve all marketing-forward, digital asset tier needs across the business. As the creative strategist for this high-growth business line, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency while maintaining the agility to respond to evolving business needs.
Key job responsibilities
As the Creative Marketing Manager for Amazon Now, you'll define and own the end-to-end creative strategy that brings speed and convenience to life across defined, digital touchpoints. You'll develop a multi-tiered creative framework serving everything from high-value tentpole events to hyper-local campaigns and programmatic content, while establishing template specifications, ASIN placement guidelines, and campaign messaging that resonates with target audiences. Partnering across the Amazon Now ecosystem, you'll collaborate with both business and brand stakeholders, ADX Creative teammates, and agency partners to translate strategic vision into production-ready assets that drive measurable business impact. You'll lead quarterly creative strategy refreshes, own the template approval process, and mentor in-house designers and external partners to deliver bar-raising creative that balances visual excellence with business performance. This role requires translating business objectives into compelling creative briefs while maintaining consistent brand voice and ensuring flawless execution across all campaigns.
