Product Feedback: Drive customer requirements alignment with AWS service teams' roadmaps, acting as the voice of media and entertainment customers
A day in the life
Your days blend technical depth with strategic advisory work across publishers and other media companies. You'll architect cloud solutions, build proof-of-concepts with AWS services, collaborate with account teams on customer workshops, and share field feedback with AWS product teams. Throughout the week, you balance hands-on customer engagements with thought leadership—mentoring junior SAs, presenting at industry conferences, and documenting architectural patterns.
AWS values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the qualifications and skills listed in the 8 description, we encourage candidates to apply. If your career is just starting, hasn’t followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, don’t let it stop you from applying.
