Our systems enable customers to discover, compare, and purchase products while empowering Amazon's selling partners to effectively list their products and relationships in Amazon's catalog. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-organizational programs that enable new types of product relationships across Amazon's catalog. In this role, you will define the systems and policies for how brands merchandise their products on Amazon while ensuring the best possible shopping experience for customers. You will enable Amazon to deliver innovative ways for customers to find related products, including newer versions, branded collections, and product lines. Working at Amazon catalog scale (billions of products and relationships), you will partner with engineering and product teams to build new catalog APIs, define data models, develop quality metrics, and drive data acquisition and quality improvement initiatives leveraging generative AI.

This is a high-ambiguity, high-impact role requiring someone who can navigate complex technical and business trade-offs, influence without authority across multiple organizations, and balance tactical execution with strategic thinking. You will join a team of tenured technical and product leaders working directly in Amazon's core catalog pipeline, balancing how brands want to merchandise on Amazon with what's best for Amazon customers.
