Description

We're seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of predictive analytics solutions for Hub Delivery operations. This role bridges business strategy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making to optimize delivery networks and enhance customer experience.

A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for predictive analytics solutions in hub delivery operations
- Partner with operations teams to identify key challenges and opportunities for applying predictive analytics
- Translate complex operational problems into clear business requirements for technical teams
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop solutions for business reporting, demand forecasting, route optimization, and capacity planning
- Create and monitor KPIs to measure the success of predictive analytics implementations
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes across hub operations teams

The Hub Delivery product allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
