Sr. Strategic Planner, Ads Brand Innovation Lab
Amazon
Description
Amazon Ads is the earth's most customer-centric advertising business—and the Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is where its most ambitious creative bets come to life. BIL conceptualizes and executes bespoke advertising experiences across the full Amazon publisher landscape, turning brands' boldest ideas into one-of-a-kind campaigns that deliver measurable business results and reshape the perception of Amazon Ads on the global stage.
The Senior Strategic Planner is a critical architect of this mission. This role doesn't just track capacity—it designs the operational engine that allows a world-class creative organization to scale with precision, deliver with speed, and sustain the competitive advantage that makes BIL campaigns the most-awarded in Amazon Ads. If you are an innovative planner who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution—and want your analytical work to directly influence how a business grows a portfolio that drives significant advertiser value—this is your role.
This role involves navigating ambiguity with sharp judgment—assessing trade-offs across advertiser needs, business priorities, and financial constraints. You'll drive decisions through rigorous analysis, compelling alternatives, and cross-functional influence while managing competing priorities across global creative operations.
