The Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on Amazon.com. The Technology and Services Sales Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a team of Senior Account Executives who drive the full sales life cycle with businesses generating annual revenues between $50MM to $3B. This leader will be accountable for team performance across prospecting, pipeline development, deal negotiation, and strategic account growth while fostering a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading B2B sales teams, with a track record of developing talent, driving consistent quota attainment, and scaling revenue in complex Enterprise environments. This leader should excel at coaching sellers through large-scale deal cycles, implementing sales methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize team performance and customer outcomes.
