Key job responsibilities
- Define and communicate product strategy for campaign creation experiences, balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision while adapting to evolving advertiser needs and platform capabilities
- Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple organizations by creating clear product artifacts, facilitating strategic discussions, and making transparent trade-off decisions between competing priorities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technology decisions, assess architectural trade-offs, and guide product enhancements that improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance
- Drive roadmap ownership by identifying high-impact product improvements, prioritizing features that address key advertiser pain points, and defining the strategic direction for the platform
- Partner with stakeholders including advertisers, agencies, and internal teams to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure alignment on functionality and user experience across systems
A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on defining and evolving the campaign creation experience within Amazon DSP. You'll spend time collaborating with engineering teams to evaluate technology trade-offs, working with cross-functional partners to align on product direction, and synthesizing feedback from advertisers and agencies to inform your strategic roadmap. You might facilitate a design review to refine the user experience for campaign setup, then shift to a strategy session with partner teams to plan how agentic capabilities will transform media buying workflows. You'll also create compelling product artifacts—like roadmaps and business cases—to build alignment across multiple leadership organizations and communicate the rationale behind prioritization decisions.
