As Senior Manager, Product Management, you'll guide a team of product managers in developing creative intelligence and optimization capabilities that help advertisers generate, refine, and measure creative content across global audiences—solving the complex challenge of making personalized, high-performing creative a foundational layer of modern advertising.
Key job responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing product management team by hiring talent, providing coaching and mentorship, and establishing clear standards for product excellence that continuously raise the bar across the organization
Own the multi-year product vision and strategy for your area, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and translating complex creative workflows into actionable roadmaps
Define and drive customer outcomes by establishing success metrics grounded in advertiser impact, holding the team accountable to meaningful results, and regularly gathering feedback from the market
Align cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, data science, design, and business partners around shared priorities and strategic direction
Communicate strategic narratives to senior leadership, contribute to organizational planning cycles, and advocate for your team's vision at the executive level
A day in the life
In this role, you'll lead a team of product managers who are reimagining how advertisers approach creative development. Your day might include collaborating with engineering and design partners to refine the product roadmap for a new creative optimization feature, mentoring a product manager through a complex customer discovery process, or presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership about the direction of our creative intelligence platform. You'll balance building and developing your team's capabilities with owning the multi-year vision for your product area, ensuring that every decision is grounded in real advertiser outcomes rather than output metrics. You'll work across multiple business units, translating ambiguous problems into clear strategic priorities that align engineering, science, design, and business stakeholders around shared goals.
