Description

The AWSI Operations Analyst is responsible for the weekly cadence of pipeline business review preparation, building automation to make that preparation more efficient over time, running standardized territory management transactions, maintaining data quality through routine validation, and ensuring approval workflows keep moving.

Key job responsibilities
This role spans five interconnected areas that together keep AWSI's pipeline operations running smoothly and efficiently:

Weekly Pipeline Review Preparation Prepare the data, reports, and materials for the weekly sales pipeline review. Consolidate data from multiple sources, surface key movements and risks, and ensure leadership has a clear, actionable view of pipeline health.

Pipeline Analytics & Automation Build lightweight AI tools and applications to automate repetitive pipeline preparation tasks. Analyze closed-won pipeline to identify repeatable success patterns and apply those insights to similar in-flight opportunities.

Territory Management Transactions Process standard account assignment changes (adds/removes) following documented playbooks. Escalate edge cases to senior team members for policy interpretation.

Data Validation & Reporting Refreshes Run scheduled data pulls to keep trackers and dashboards current. Execute quality checks (hierarchy mismatches, classification issues, post-change validations) and flag anomalies for deep dive.

Approval Follow-ups Monitor pending approvals, engage approvers on standard transactions via the team inbox, and track status through completion.
