About the Role:
We are looking for a Manager to join our Content Operations team. The Content Operations team helps define the priorities for the Content organization. As a member of this team, you will shape the future of Twitch and be a core part of our decision-making process. We are looking for equal parts business sense, analytical skills, business insights, and curiosity.
You can work in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or remotely in the U.S.
You Will:
- Gain knowledge of team and overall Twitch business; serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Content Officer and their extended team
- Work closely with business units, core functions, and support teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, including serving as an aggregation point for feedback and articulating the proposed actions
- Proactively identify, implement, and support opportunities for process improvement across the GTM organization by defining and executing efforts, usually in the context of broader guidance and oversight
- Implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to enhance and improve execution
- Coordinate and operationalize complex projects
- Create recommendations through synthesis of data, analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Present findings to business leaders across Twitch
- Lead and contribute to business plans, long-term strategies, resource allocation, and goal setting
- Work with a diverse set of team members to short and long-term projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years experience in project management, strategy, operations or prior experience in a Chief of Staff capacity
- Strong ability to communicate, motivate and influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience digging into details, keeping the big picture in mind, working collaboratively in a high-performing team, and communicating compelling recommendations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
