We’re excited to partner with a boutique investment bank in New York City that is seeking a motivated and talented Investment Banking Analyst to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory, working directly with senior professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuations, financial modeling, and forecasting to support M&A and capital-raising transactions.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda, and other presentations.
  • Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support transaction execution by coordinating due diligence processes and managing data rooms.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Interact with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and developments to provide insights and value to client engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role preferred; recent graduates with strong internships will also be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
