Product Marketing Manager (Senior/Lead level)

The Product Marketing Manager (Senior/Lead level) will be responsible for establishing the B2C Product Marketing function at Artsy, shaping how we bring our product to market and connect with aspiring art collectors. This role works very closely with Marketing and Product to ensure that our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies are deeply informed by user insights and business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving product adoption, engagement, and retention by crafting compelling narratives and executing high-impact campaigns. As the first dedicated B2C Product Marketer, you’ll have the opportunity to define the function from the ground up, influencing both the product roadmap and Artsy’s overall growth strategy.
This role sits within the Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team in the B2C Marketing Org, which is responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic Marketing initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Brand, and Content teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to product marketing across all of our channels. You will be a key bridge between Product and Marketing, helping translate business goals and user insights into impactful go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do at Artsy:
Establish the B2C Product Marketing function at Artsy
Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional alignment and develop detailed GTM strategies, alongside Product, from concept to launch
Consumer Insights: Collect and digest internal and external data and research to craft user personas and develop targeted marketing strategies
Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and narratives for diverse user segments, clearly differentiated from our competitors
Collaboration and Communication: Work with various stakeholders, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns (e.g., Brand, Influencer, CRM, Social, ASO) with measurable success
Analytical Skills: Define and track KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results
This role is a fit for you if:
You have extensive experience in consumer product marketing, with a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for new B2C features or products

You know how to work collaboratively and manage feedback from various stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
You have a creative yet data-driven approach to marketing, balancing bold ideas with analytical rigor
Have experience at a 2-sided marketplace or luxury e-commerce company
You are currently authorized to live and work in NYC

What success looks like in your first 3-6 months:
By Month 3:
You’ve developed a strong understanding of who our users are and how our product serves them today
You’ve built strong relationships with the Marketing team and Product teams
You’ve mapped out our current Product Marketing surfaces/campaigns and refreshed them
By Month 6:
You’ve identified a 1-2 big opportunities (backed by quant/qual data) where we can GTM with our Product and you’ve influenced the Product roadmap accordingly

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$145,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
