The Role:

We seek an experienced and innovative Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of our latest SaaS cybersecurity product. As Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product's vision. You will play a pivotal role in its success across every stage of its development journey, from early conceptualization through meticulous research, robust development, seamless production, efficient deployment, and the critical task of gauging success. This newly created role will ensure that we're not just delivering capabilities but effectively addressing our customers' most vital challenges with the solutions we craft and bring to market. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Lead the evolution of our product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market trends, and our company's strategic vision. 
• Requirement Identification: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, conduct thorough market research, and gather customer feedback to establish and prioritize feature requirements.
• Feedback Analysis: Analyze internal and external feedback to inform product enhancements, leveraging user feedback, customer support insights, and industry research.
• Product Evangelism: Effectively communicate product updates, features, and value propositions to internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of product features, collaborating to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with our design team to craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
• Go-to-Market Strategies: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for successful product launches.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key product metrics and indicators, identifying improvement areas and implementing strategies to optimize product performance.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and web browser security advancements to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven Product Management experience, specifically within the realm of SaaS products, with demonstrated ownership of successful products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong design acumen and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions and drive future product development and enhancements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps and successfully bring new products to market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) market.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, using Jira/Confluence, writing functional requirements, including features, epics, and user stories.
• Proficiency with UX/UI design and prototyping tools to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
