At Bearworks our mission is to help every company get a better handle on their sales and marketing data, enabling them to make better data driven decisions. We want everyone to have a data engineer in a box that gives them the full power of the modern data stack, without needing a PhD sitting next to them.

We are a brand new startup. You should have a passion for building new products and want to take a lot of ownership over what you build. It's a big plus if you have experience working at a startup. We have a lot of challenging problems with both our data and our code, and we hope you can help us solve them!

What you'll do on the job:

• Work hand in hand with customers to help build a product
• Own your contributions from design and inception to execution and deployment
• Be a key part of building something from the ground up

Requirements:

• You should be comfortable working on all parts of the stack, back and frontend
• You should have 3+ year of experience working in software engineering
• Experienced with SQL and relational databases

Bonus Points:

• You know React, Python and Typescript
• You like working directly with customers
• You have written and shipped software that has been used by a lot of users
• You have experience working at a startup
