🧑‍💻 About the Role:

This is our first full-time hire in NYC, joining at a critical inflection point. You’ll help scale BePresent to millions more users globally.

As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll work directly with the founders and own the entire creative production process for paid ads—across Meta, TikTok, and other networks. Your mission is to craft thumb-stopping content, establish systems to produce it at scale, and work closely with our founders to drive growth.

This role requires a mix of creative talent, strategic thinking, and operational execution. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment, loves consumer products, and knows how to produce content that performs for paid ads.

This is a hugely critical role with a massive impact and opportunity to expand your scope—owning new acquisition channels, building a team, and playing a foundational role in growing BePresent into a billion-dollar company.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative ad production end-to-end — from strategy, ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and iteration
  • Write high-converting scripts, hooks, and CTAs rooted in user insights and consumer psychology
  • Establish systems to scale content by using freelancers, creators, and AI tools
  • Source, manage, and brief UGC creators
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to run a high-tempo testing process: launch variations weekly, analyze data, and iterate
  • Build and maintain a system to test multiple creative angles, hooks, and formats each week
  • Conduct user and competitor research to inform new creative angles and formats

What We're Looking For

If you have several of these qualities we’d love to talk to you…

  • Creative performance chops: You have a track record of producing high-performing ad creatives on TikTok or Meta that drive real results, with the metrics to back it up.
  • Strong storytelling: You can craft scroll-stopping hooks and emotional narratives that make people feel something.
  • Data-literate: You’re confident interpreting performance data (Hook, Hold, CTR, etc.) to figure out what’s working and where to double down.
  • Organized and scrappy: You can manage multiple creative pipelines at once, set up repeatable systems, and move quickly.
  • Founder mindset: You take initiative, move fast, solve problems independently, and own your outcomes.
  • UGC and creator fluency: You’ve sourced, briefed, and managed UGC creators or freelance video talent and understand how to get great content from them.
  • AI-comfortable: You’ve explored or actively use AI tools to enhance speed, ideation, or production in your creative workflow.
  • Mission-driven: You’re excited to work on this problem and know why it’s important.
