🧑‍💻 About This Role:

You are a ROAS machine.

We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own paid user acquisition for BePresent (and new products). You’ll report directly to the CEO and drive acquisition strategy, manage significant budgets, and own performance across paid social channels (Meta, Tiktok, YT Shorts) and multiple products.

In this highly important role, you’ll sit at the intersection of performance data and creative strategy — building and optimizing campaigns, scaling what works, and analyzing what creatives are working and why for optimization.

🧠You will…

  • Lead the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid social (Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts)
  • Own and manage significant budgets ($500k+ / mo) with full accountability for efficiency and scale (CAC, ROAS)
  • Drive a culture of experimentation across acquisition channels, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and audience segmentation
  • Analyze full-funnel performance across campaigns, channels, and geos to optimize budgets
  • Own the creative testing framework — concept, hook, and format testing with clear hypotheses and fast iteration
  • Build creative performance reports that brief the creative team on what to make next
  • Experiment with new channels and AI tools to increase scale and efficiency

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience running Meta Ads for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • Expertise in the ad platforms (Meta/TikTok required, YT Shorts preferred)
  • Proven experience scaling consumer subscription apps profitably
  • Deep experience with analytics tools and techniques to understand performance (ROAS forecasting, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, etc)
  • Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of creative pipelines - testing, iterations, IPM/CTR analysis, and scaling frameworks
  • Analytical mindset — you live in spreadsheets and dashboards and translate data into clear decisions
  • Skilled at syncing cross-functional teams (UA, Product, Creative)
  • Growth mindset: ready to test, fail fast, and iterate even faster

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve built creative pipelines and excel at scripting/briefing
  • You have experience with funnel building/optimization
  • Experience using AI tools to automate media buying and analysis
