We are passionate about what we do.

Your role:

We are looking to add a Product and Organizational Coach to our team. As one of the first in this type of role in CTO, you will play a critical role in developing a world class Product Management team. We’ll trust you to:

  • Coach product managers and team members on early stage ventures as well as enterprise products, focusing on areas such as product experiments, roadmaps, feedback loops, and facilitating decision-making sessions to deliver value-based products
  • Enhance teams’ and businesses’ ability to shape products that users love, ship high-quality products in a minimally viable manner, and align stakeholders around the product vision, mission, and strategy
  • Gather data, share insights, and develop internal tools and processes that facilitate scaling for our portfolio of products
  • Contribute to the overall product team strategy and organizational vision
  • Collaborate as teammates with other Product and Organizational Coaches
  • As a player-coach, may serve as an individual contributor to an Agile Product team (e.g. developing solutions to achieve defined business outcomes) in addition to leading a team of product experts
  • Coach a team of Agile delivery experts who are responsible for building and developing Agile practice capabilities
  • Continuously assess the product delivery maturity of teams and individuals at all levels of leadership, educating and mentoring to address gaps
  • Run workshops and training on product development topics, leveraging tool kits and internally developed content

You’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product strategy and delivery, coaching, and people development skills
  • Empathy and the ability to build trust with teams and other stakeholders through an open feedback culture
  • Demonstrated ability to developing solid product strategies and executing them for target customers using a systematic framework while navigating change
  • Prioritization of momentum over perfection, with a deep understanding of effective processes and the ability to apply frameworks and methodologies to address specific problems (OKRs, Journey Mapping, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, engineering, and data

We’d love to see:

  • Founder or founding team experience in an early-stage startup
  • A systems thinker
  • Experience working with complex products to meet market needs
  • Build a culture that practices empathy, fosters accountability and empowers diverse points of view
  • Background in Process Design and Improvement while using Agile principles and methods

What’s in it for you:

  • Grow your skill-set, learn new tools and techniques, and proactively develop innovative solutions
  • Ongoing education opportunities including training, conferences, user group participation and self-study
