Global Procurement is responsible for all direct and indirect spend at Bloomberg. We are a global team that takes pride in working with our internal clients, devising strategies and executing operational tactics based on the dynamic requirements of a fast pace state of the art business.

What's the Role?

The Performance optimization team is a looking for Analyst to Support Supplier Due Diligence (SDD) activities. The SDD analyst will serve as the first point of contact for managing supplier due diligence inquiries and assisting stakeholders (Internal & External). This role is also responsible for documentation and maintenance of SOPs and training material. This role involves efficiently handling support tickets, ensuring accurate data entry, and escalating complex issues to Tier 3 (Subject Matter Experts) .The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.

We’ll Trust You To:

Initial Contact and Issue Resolution:
• Serve as the first point of contact for queries related to supplier due diligence processes.
• Provide clear and concise guidance to suppliers and internal teams regarding due diligence requirements.

Ticket Management:
• Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and update the status of each inquiry in the system.

Escalation and Collaboration:
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 3 support or relevant departments (e.g., compliance or legal teams).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system or process-related concerns.

Documentation and Knowledge Management:
• Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge base articles to ensure clarity and accuracy in supplier due diligence processes.
• Regularly review and refine documentation to reflect process updates, regulatory changes, and feedback from stakeholders.

Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve user/vendor self sufficiency

You'll need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, user support, or a related role.
• Familiarity with supplier management, procurement, or compliance processes (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Basic understanding of supplier due diligence and compliance processes (training will be provided).
• Proficient in using customer support systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing processes and systems.

We’d Love to See:

Experience in large, global organizations and expansive procurement and accounts payable experience
