We are looking for an Inclusion Awareness and Engagement Lead to join our Inclusion Strategy team as a key individual contributor. In this strategic and high-impact role, you will help shape and promote our organization's Inclusion narrative internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic communicator passionate about building inclusive environments.
We’ll trust you to:
  • Provide strategic inclusion guidance to Communications teams to inform internal messaging (blogs, leadership talking points, responses to current events) to ensure clarity and alignment with our inclusion goals as well as relevance, authenticity, and cultural nuance
  • Bring inclusion expertise, cultural intelligence, and awareness of global and regional industry and organizational trends to inform campaigns and initiatives developed by Marketing (e.g., Heritage Months, Key Inclusion milestones, collaborative HR initiatives - like EVP)
  • Cascade and amplify the Inclusion strategy through local office committees, business unit champions and Inclusion Councils.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to build briefing materials for client and partner engagement
  • Own the development, review, approval and submission of industry benchmarks, indexes and awards
  • Support key leaders, alongside our Communications team, to confidently represent the organization at external events and speaking engagements
  • Review and manage sponsorship's, partnerships and research opportunities to enhance our brand presence, community impact and inclusion footprint.
You’ll need to have:
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR or D&I, with a strong understanding of global Inclusion frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success translating Inclusion principles into clear and engaging communications.
  • Cultural fluency and experience tailoring messaging to varied regional contexts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Solid project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • A genuine commitment to fostering inclusion at all levels.
