About the Role
We’re looking for a Risk Insights & Reporting Manager who can turn data into decisions. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—it’s about connecting insight to impact. You’ll take complex enterprise risk information and create executive-ready materials that simplify complexity and drive action across senior management and board audiences.You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, governance, and strategy—partnering across the firm to ensure every report is accurate, consistent, and meaningful. The “so what” message is critical: your work will help leadership prioritize and act on the risks that matter most.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Risk Reporting & Analysis
• Lead the design, production, and continuous improvement of executive-ready risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board.
• Analyze data across risk domains to identify emerging issues, trends, and interdependencies.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights aligned with the firm’s risk appetite and objectives.
• Ensure all outputs are executive-ready—clear, concise, and structured to support strategic decision-making.
Storytelling & Executive Communication
• Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations and visual materials that communicate the firm’s risk story in a clear and engaging way.
• Craft narratives that simplify complex risk topics into concise executive-level summaries that inform and influence.
• Partner with senior risk leaders to ensure every report and presentation answers the “so what”—clarifying implications, priorities, and next steps.
• Maintain a consistent voice and professional standard across all executive-facing materials presented in risk committees and governance forums.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work across the firm with risk, data and business partners to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and consistent.
• Serve as the connector between data analysis and leadership decision-making—transforming analytical findings into materials that enable action.
• Collaborate to enhance automation, visualization, and narrative consistency across reports and governance packs.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Deliver reporting on schedule with precision, insight, and the professional polish expected at the executive level.
• Enhance the enterprise risk reporting framework to improve structure, clarity, and executive readiness.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by strengthening governance, insight, and visibility.
What You’ll Need
Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information systems, or data analytics; master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in enterprise risk, analytics, or reporting within technology, data-driven, or consulting environments.
• A proven ability to create executive-ready materials that simplify complexity and enable action—a non-negotiable skill for success in this role.
Skills & Capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a keen eye for accuracy, trends, and executive relevance.
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk frameworks (COSO ERM, Basel, operational resilience).
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills—able to translate complex data and risk topics into clear, compelling stories for senior audiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for quality, clarity, and executive impact.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
