What’s the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, outcome-driven Product Management Leader to define and scale Bloomberg’s Metering Platform — the system that measures, manages, and monetizes product usage across the company.
This platform powers accurate usage tracking, flexible business models, and trusted financial results. As the global product leader, you’ll set the vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy, ensuring it delivers enterprise-wide value and enables teams to innovate with confidence.
You’ll lead a distributed team of product managers and product owners, partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to make metering a core capability that drives scalability, transparency, and growth across Bloomberg’s product ecosystem.

We’ll Trust You To:
Lead Strategy & Vision:
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for Bloomberg’s Metering Platform.
- Translate business goals into a multi-year roadmap that supports new business and pricing models.
- Serve as a thought leader on how Bloomberg measures and monetizes product usage.
Deliver Platform Outcomes:
- Provide consistent, trustworthy, usage data to power billing, reporting, and operational decisions.
- Define and track clear success metrics for adoption, accuracy, and business impact.
- Partner with Finance and Product teams to ensure usage data supports financial accuracy and efficiency.
Enable the Ecosystem:
- Build tools, integrations, and onboarding experiences that make connecting to the platform seamless.
- Deliver documentation and support that help teams adopt and leverage usage insights.
- Promote a data-driven culture across product lines.
Lead & Inspire:
- Manage and grow a global team of product managers and product owners.
- Advise senior leaders on monetization and operational strategy.
- Drive adoption through clear storytelling and measurable outcomes.
You’ll Need to Have:
- 10+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading product teams.
- Proven success building or scaling data or enterprise platforms across multiple business lines.
- Strong understanding of data collection, usage tracking, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex systems into clear business value.
- A track record of delivering platforms that improve financial and operational performance.
- A systems-thinking mindset that connects data, business rules, and customer needs.
We’d Love to See:
- Experience with usage-based billing, metering, or data platforms.
- Background in pricing and packaging strategy for enterprise products.
- Strong data fluency — comfortable with BI tools for validating platform performance.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional platform adoption efforts.
