- Operate with strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when engaging with high-level executives and their teams
- Work independently as a self-starter, managing priorities, pipelines, and communication with consistency and reliability
What You’ll Need to Have:

- 5+ years of experience in live TV booking, news production, or a comparable role involving high-level guest acquisition
- Demonstrated success in building and leveraging relationships with senior leaders across industries
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, global news, corporate and cultural leadership, and policy dynamics
- Strong editorial instincts — the ability to identify news angles, anticipate competitive coverage, and pitch strategically
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to thrive under pressure, pivot quickly, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
- Flexibility with working hours based on program schedules or breaking news needs
- A creative, forward-thinking mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems and elevating content
