[ Your Mission ]

Join our Bokksu team as a passionate and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator, ready to make your mark in the world of Japanese snacks! As a Marketing Coordinator on our marketing team, you'll be the essential glue that supports the execution, optimization, and analysis of our paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. This role isn't just about dipping your toes into digital marketing – it's a chance to learn the ropes, dive right in, and contribute to our ever-growing lineup of marketing initiatives. This role requires working 3 days a week from our fun NYC HQ near Penn Station.

[ Your Responsibilities ]

  • Trafficking Ads - Assist in the setup and deployment of digital ads across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads.
  • Identifying Ad / Creative Fatigue - Monitor individual ad performance regularly to identify signs of ad or creative fatigue.
  • Creative Feedback - Evaluate the performance of different creative styles and ad formats.Provide constructive feedback on which creatives resonated with the target audience and why, as well as insights into underperforming creatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis - Learn to build and analyze reports to assess campaign performance, key metrics, and trends.
  • Event Tracking - Regularly check in on event tracking to ensure that we don’t have tracking issues across ad platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and analysts, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.

[ Your Qualifications ]

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to collaborate within a marketing team and work alongside other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000-$65,000 + stock options + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by a range of factors including role, level, and location.
