About the Role

As our Director of Product Marketing, you will be a critical driver of our growth and ability to deliver on our mission to give everyone the hiring experience they deserve. You'll apply your deep knowledge of our market and customers to shape our marketing and product strategy. Your remit will be broad, ranging from thought leadership to ensuring sharp product positioning, from fostering customer evangelism to lending insights that shape our product roadmap. You'll work closely with nearly everyone in the company, tap your deep analytical toolkit and creative streak, execute with high agency and urgency, and help us shape an industry and build an incredible business.

What you'll do

  • Develop a deep expertise of our customers' needs, challenges, and behaviors, and an equally deep knowledge of the recruiting technology market, including competitors, related market players, and significant trends.
  • Partner closely with Demand and Sales to align our GTM strategy with our growth objectives, using knowledge of our buyer's journey to inform our channels and tactics.
  • Take ownership of bottom-of-the-funnel performance, continuously improving conversion rates.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of our customer's needs to refine product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies. Execute impactful product launches that resonate with our target audience. Establish and maintain clear competitive differentiation in the market.
  • Execute a content marketing strategy aligned with our growth objectives. Develop compelling thought leadership to cement our market position, including tapping our new-to-world interview data to generate insights that drive awareness, and credibility, and change our industry.
  • Tap into our client's love to drive a customer evangelism flywheel. Develop customer advocacy programs to foster referrals and testimonials. Craft testimonials and case studies to drive sales.
  • Equip strategic partner teams with the knowledge and assets needed to drive partnership success. Collaborate with partner marketing teams on strategies that can drive mutual growth.

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, strategy consulting, sales enablement or strategic sales roles.
  • A track record of becoming a subject matter expert on a market and customer, deeply understanding the needs and desires of customers and translating those learnings into product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to combine complex content into a clear and cohesive story to gain both internal and external buy-in.
  • Data-driven with solid analytical capabilities.
  • A scrappy mindset, you enjoy getting your hands dirty, and no job is too big or small.
  • High agency and a deep bias for action.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

  • The annual compensation for this position is $170,000 - $210,000
