Role overview

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role on our Affiliate Partnerships team. You will help onboard new partners, execute campaigns, maintain accurate data, and ensure smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, campaign management, and partner operations at a fast-growing fintech company.

What you'll be doing

  • Onboarding & Partner Support. Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners, including contract tracking, link creation, and offer setup in the Brigit Marketplace; ensure all partner information is accurate and up to date across internal systems

  • Campaign Coordination. Support planning and execution of CRM campaigns by drafting copy, managing partner approvals, and monitoring performance; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns go live seamlessly

  • Revenue & Billing Operations. Reconcile and validate monthly revenue and help troubleshoot any discrepancies with partners or finance

  • Process & Workflow Improvement. Help optimize internal tools and workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes; maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to improve team efficiency

  • Team Support & Flexibility. Act as the go-to utility player for the Partnerships and Marketplace team—jumping in to support special projects, partner reporting, or ad hoc requests; pitch in during launches, priority campaigns, and quarter-end pushes

What you have

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in account coordination and/or management

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills—you spot issues before they become problems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

  • A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and desire to learn

  • Comfort with numbers, performance data, and spreadsheets

  • A team-first attitude and willingness to support wherever help is needed

  • Passion for fintech and helping people improve their financial lives
