Role overview
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role on our Affiliate Partnerships team. You will help onboard new partners, execute campaigns, maintain accurate data, and ensure smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, campaign management, and partner operations at a fast-growing fintech company.
What you'll be doing
Onboarding & Partner Support. Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners, including contract tracking, link creation, and offer setup in the Brigit Marketplace; ensure all partner information is accurate and up to date across internal systems
Campaign Coordination. Support planning and execution of CRM campaigns by drafting copy, managing partner approvals, and monitoring performance; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns go live seamlessly
Revenue & Billing Operations. Reconcile and validate monthly revenue and help troubleshoot any discrepancies with partners or finance
Process & Workflow Improvement. Help optimize internal tools and workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes; maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to improve team efficiency
Team Support & Flexibility. Act as the go-to utility player for the Partnerships and Marketplace team—jumping in to support special projects, partner reporting, or ad hoc requests; pitch in during launches, priority campaigns, and quarter-end pushes
What you have
A bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in account coordination and/or management
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills—you spot issues before they become problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and desire to learn
Comfort with numbers, performance data, and spreadsheets
A team-first attitude and willingness to support wherever help is needed
Passion for fintech and helping people improve their financial lives
Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
