With a business model that is aligned with our customers, we create transparent, fair, and simple financial products that put money back in the hands of our members, help them spend wisely, avoid unfair fees and build their credit quickly. If autonomy, ownership, and having meaningful input at the company you work for is important to you, come join our growing team!

Brigit is doing innovative and exciting work, but don’t just take our word for it, our work is being recognized by others:

Role Overview:

The Membership pod owns our cross-product customer experience. As the Lead Product Analyst embedded with the team, you will have a huge impact. You will help identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and influence strategy by leveraging your analytics expertise, keen product sense and knack for pattern recognition.

As the Lead Product Analyst, you are also responsible for the technical architecture of our experimentation framework and the integrity of our growth metrics. You will build data models, automation workflows, and statistical tests that drive our product roadmap.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a core product thinker within the membership pod. Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and proactively recommend product changes that drive retention and LTV.

  • Become embedded with the product, design and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions and influence product roadmap.

  • Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments (A/B Testing)

  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics, the progress we’ve made towards our goals and the key levers

  • Communicate results through written and verbal presentations, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, design and engineering

  • Build and maintain the dbt transformation layer and semantic models to ensure a single source of truth for membership KPIs.

  • Develop agentic analytics workflows to automate trend detection, anomaly alerting, and standard reporting allowing you to spend more time on deep-dive strategic analysis.

  • Lend your expertise to help your teammates and coworkers to improve processes and performance.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent quantitative field

  • 7 years experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science or quantitative analysis related fields.

  • Experience with SQL and scripting in one or more languages (Python or R) for automation and data manipulation

  • Ability to synthesize often ambiguous problems into a hypothesis-driven data investigation to weave a story together.

  • Ability to then present the story employing data visualization to improve stakeholder understanding and steer strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results in verbal and written communications for technical, business and executive audiences.

  • Experience translating user behavior data into specific product improvements

  • Demonstrated capacity to manage collaborative relationships and assert influence without authority, particularly when working with product managers, design, marketing and engineering teams.

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment

  • Ability to thrive in a remote and sometimes ambiguous environment.
