About the Role

As a Logistics Senior Manager, you will drive customer-focused delivery services, optimize operational costs, and ensure operational excellence. You will lead the Logistics team on-site at our Harlem, NY pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the logistics (LX) department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer orders.

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve LX processes and reduce costs.

• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Leading and mentoring a team of LX managers and other staff, providing guidance and support for their development.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting delivery timelines and addressing any service issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.

• Three years of proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.

• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on team development.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in computer use and the capability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems.

What We Offer

• The starting anticipated earnings for this position are between $110,000 and $120,000. Compensation packages include base pay and benefits.
