Senior Marketing Manager
Cassidy
Marketing & Communications
About Cassidy
Cassidy is an AI automation platform that lets businesses build AI agents and workflows grounded in their own knowledge and data. Teams across sales, support, marketing, and operations use Cassidy to automate complex, high-judgment work — the kind that until recently required a person.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own our marketing end-to-end. Cassidy is growing fast and this role is about building the marketing motion that matches that pace
You’ll be responsible for defining how Cassidy shows up in the market, who we're talking to, and how we move buyers from awareness to advocacy. This role is equal parts strategy and execution: you'll own messaging and positioning, build the content engine, and be a real partner to sales.
Responsibilities
- Own our messaging and positioning: refine how we talk about Cassidy, who we're talking to, and make sure it shows up consistently everywhere
- Build and run a content strategy: tied to funnel stages, not just a publishing calendar
- Own SEO/AEO and how Cassidy shows up externally: brand voice, channel presence, and making sure we're findable by the right people
- Work hand-in-hand with sales: shared language, regular alignment, and marketing assets that actively moves deals forward
- Report on performance clearly: what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.
What Success Looks Like
After a year, three things should be true: our messaging is sharp, consistent, and something sales reaches for without being asked; a content engine is running with content mapped to real funnel stages and producing measurable results; and marketing and sales are operating together, with shared language, regular alignment, and material that actively moves deals forward.
Who You Are
- 6-10 years in B2B SaaS marketing across brand, content, and GTM strategy
- You’ve owned a marketing function before, or been one of very few marketers at a growing company and want full ownership
- Strong writer and strategic thinker: you can develop a positioning framework and write the blog post in the same week
- Comfortable with data: attribution, dashboards, and making decisions from imperfect information
- Experience in a sales-led environment: you understand how marketing fits into that motion and how to work with sales, not around them
- Low ego, high output: you don’t need a large team or a finished playbook to do good work
- Based in NYC, this is an in-person role
