ABOUT CASSIDY

Cassidy is an AI Agent platform that lets business teams automate the work that actually runs their organization, with the governance IT needs to scale safely. We're built on the idea that the people closest to the work should be the ones automating it, not just engineers, and we work with teams across insurance, industrials, professional services, and other operationally complex industries to make that possible.

We recently rebranded and are investing heavily in brand and content to match our enterprise focus and the level of product we've built. We're now hiring the person who turns that vision into actual content — especially video, but also the social assets that go alongside it.

THE ROLE

This role is about producing, not just planning. Whether an idea comes out of a meeting, a conversation, or a quick message, you'll take it from concept to something finished and published, largely on your own — scripting, filming, editing, writing the caption, and posting it. Ideation is part of the job too, and a meaningful part, but the core of the role is seeing content through to completion, consistently and at a high bar.

Most of what you'll make is video, a mix of short and longer-form pieces. High production value has seen the most success for us so far, so real craft in the shoot and edit matters. You'll also produce the social assets that go alongside it, like images and graphics.

You'll work closely with the team leading our marketing strategy, helping build the content that strategy runs on, and you'll have real opportunity to work with Justin Fineberg, our CEO and founder. Justin's built an audience of 250,000+ followers, and working with him gives you a firsthand look at content from someone who knows it inside and out, plus a unique distribution channel for the work you make.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Video and Social Media:

Concept, script, shoot, and edit video across formats, from short-form social and product explainers to longer-form thought leadership pieces. This also includes the graphics, images, and captions that go with it. This is hands-on work: you're behind the camera and in the edit.

Newsletters, Blogs, and Case Studies:

A mix of video and written content that goes deeper: customer stories, product updates, and longer-form pieces for the newsletter and blog.

Publishing:

Once something's finished, you take it the rest of the way: writing the copy that fits the platform and our voice, then getting it posted.

Content with Justin:

Filming and editing alongside Justin, helping translate his thinking into finished content for his audience.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a producer. You can take a rough idea and turn it into finished, published content largely on your own.

You have real filming and editing skills, including comfort with longer-format video, not just quick-turn social cuts.

You can speak enterprise and business language. You understand what makes B2B and corporate-friendly content land, and you can write and produce with that audience in mind. This matters more than any specific industry background.

You write cleanly and quickly — captions, hooks, and copy that sound like a person.

You have taste. You know when a cut, a script, or a shot isn't working, and you fix it.

You're genuinely interested in AI, not just as a topic to cover but as a space you want to help define.

Being comfortable on camera is a big plus, though not a requirement.

WHY THIS ROLE

This is one of the most visible production seats we're hiring for. The content you make will be seen by a large, growing audience, and you'll have real ownership over how it comes together, with the added opportunity to work directly with a founder who's already built serious reach.

NICE TO HAVES

→ Background in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software

→ Experience producing long-form video specifically

→ Motion graphics or animation skills

→ A portfolio you're genuinely proud of, including at least one longer-format piece
