About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to drive the lead generation funnel and develop a strategic approach to acquisition marketing across a broad portfolio of paid, organic, referral and partnership channels. The primary goal is to generate qualified leads and opportunities to deliver new revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.

We are looking for an analytical and strategic leader with a track record of success driving performance across key digital and offline channels including, but not limited to: paid social, search, programmatic, influencer, print, partnership and events. This leader will optimize our total portfolio across top of funnel to bottom of funnel strategies to holistically drive sustainable and efficient growth, overseeing an internal team, engaging external agencies, and collaborating with brand and revenue operations to reach new heights.

In addition, this role will oversee our membership development team, a critical step in our growth funnel responsible for evaluating leads and delivering an efficient and elevated experience for potential members. Experience with strong customer-facing brands, premium membership models, and enterprise/B2B is a plus!

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will create and execute a holistic acquisition strategy to acquire new members across a diversified channel mix and deliver on growth goals by pushing on key levers:

Growth Portfolio Management

  • Oversee LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other paid performance channels to launch, measure and optimize efficient qualified lead acquisition

  • Develop and collaborate on strategies and campaigns to drive organic and referral growth from top and mid-funnel SEO, brand, influencer, referral campaigns, as well as events & conferences

  • Build, launch and scale new channels to expand our acquisition portfolio; leading the creative and targeting strategy, and develop go-forward recommendations for new channels

  • Champion an analytical approach including developing A/B testing roadmaps, performance dashboards, and customer insights to structure, optimize and identify new opportunities for growth

  • Own monthly forecasting by channel and overall paid media budget, optimizing and allocating across channels to drive impact and deliver revenue efficiently, with a focus on paid KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and CAC across channels

Funnel Ownership

  • Own membership application forms and key landing pages; collaborate on optimizing external website

  • Oversee strategy for critical potential new member email journeys, collaborating with product marketing and marketing operations to optimize conversion

  • Oversee our lead qualification strategy and Membership Development Team, a critical function and high-performing team, to develop and operationalize funnel conversion

  • Drive innovation in our funnel from sourcing and converting leads to education and preparation for a smooth and effective handoff to membership team and drive revenue

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Develop and present executive-level insights and recommendations on performance and strategy

  • Lead quarterly goals, prioritize initiatives and develop growth roadmap

  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing analysts, MDRs, and agency partners

  • Develop strong relationships with key cross-functional business partners including product marketing, membership sales, revenue operations, and finance to ensure alignment around strategy, KPIs, and results

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, product & engineering to develop new creative, landing pages and site experience in order to drive leads

What you’ve done and enjoy doing:

  • Marketing leadership with a concentration in acquisition/digital marketing for companies with high-consideration product offerings; a successful track record in successfully launching and scaling acquisition programs

  • Strong intellectual horsepower; superior reasoning and analytical skills, proven track record of ROI-based decision making

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills at the leadership and executive level

  • Strong team management and motivational team-building

  • Experience in high growth tech-enabled companies that have scaled to at least $100M+ in revenue

  • Bonus points for direct experience in managing membership/sales development teams, B2B marketing and event marketing

The base salary for this role is: $165,000
