The EDO (Enterprise Data Office) Training Program Lead is an SVP level position responsible for supporting Data Transformation learning and development initiatives. The EDO Training Program Lead will work across the EDO and cross-functional teams to coordinate, plan and execute deliverables associated with the EDO learning and development strategy and program. Through strong engagement with EDO Leadership, Data Leaders and their teams, the EDO Training Program Lead will proactively communicate both strategy and implementation plan and will work with relevant stakeholders to build, manage and monitor execution. The position will also enable successful closure of regulatory programs by ensuring full and consistent alignment with Transformation Program Office activities and artifact delivery. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, resourceful and responsive individual with strong communication skills given the enterprise-wide scope and extensive interaction with many stakeholders and working group forums.
Responsibilities:
- Support the EDO Data Transformation Learning Lead by planning and coordinating execution activities for Data Transformation Learning milestones, activities, dependencies, change requests and communication planning.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of in-scope programs and projects.
- Work with key stakeholders and SMEs to identify, manage and resolve risks and issues.
- Lead and participate in project governance activities as required.
- Own and manage relevant Transformation Program Office processes and artifacts as required (e.g. scoping, closure, etc.).
- Engage Program PMOs to manage PTS, Jira and related systems for status updates and progress tracking.
- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvement activities related to overall initiative progress.
- Create and maintain status updates and support senior management with program information as needed.
- Identify, solution, propose and implement key program alignment activities to simplify and align delivery, metrics, communications and related efforts.
- Lead additional projects/initiatives as needed.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Project management, Program Management and/or Product Management
- Demonstrated success at building credibility quickly and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
- Well-developed consulting and advisory skills
- Strong critical and strategic thinking capabilities, including operating with a data mindset and demonstrated ability to use data to drive action or decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable challenging status quo to deliver outcomes
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
- Proven ability to work in and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
