The Head of Employee Listening (SVP) will lead Citi’s employee listening strategy to best support our leaders with information and insights that help drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring subject matter expertise and a best in class approach to Citi’s global employee survey program, which is an integral part of the company culture. Partner with vendors and stakeholders throughout the organization on Citi-wide annual Voice of the Employee survey, Life-Cycle Surveys, including candidate experience, new-hire experience/onboarding and exit surveys. As an expert in employee surveys, provide guidance and expertise on on-demand employee surveys throughout the company.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses, interpret, and communicate assessment results and work with leaders across Citi to develop insights about their teams and the company.
- Partner with the rest of the people analytics team to identify opportunities for and conduct data linkage research (link assessment data with other HR, customer, business data)
- Stay abreast of external organizational survey, measurement and research best practices, including engagement with consortia and discussions with leading assessment providers.
- Incorporate all aspects of data privacy, security and controls into the programs
- Support the growth and advancement of the Employee Listening team members
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including: HR, Business Leaders, Technology, Communications
- Partner with Communications and Learning & Development groups to develop and deliver communications and training materials
- Lead a Citi-wide Community of Practice to share learnings and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare executive presentations using data and insights to tell a compelling story
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science or other related field
- A minimum of 8 years of business experience
- Experience managing global employee survey programs, analyzing survey and other assessment data and workforce information
- Experience effectively managing a team
- Knowledge of Human Resource data, terminology and systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Proven vendor and stakeholder management, facilitation and influence skills
- Statistical skills including working knowledge of item analysis, factor analysis, text analytics, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Aids in aligning global strategy with regional and country specific priorities in partnership with regional/product/country TS/DS
- Contributes to the implementation of globally consistent content processes recognizing country/regional/product nuances with global talent, diversity, recruitment , HR, and learning colleagues
- Partners with senior executives, TL/T, HRAs to identify global solutions for talent and diversity and implement initiatives
- Designs and deploys executive assessment, aggregate trends and provide data to other supporting HR functions
- In partnership with TL/DL, HRAs Designs and builds global programs to enable leadership accountability for talent and diversity management
- Leverages talent analytics to share insight/ identify root causes in order to partner with TL/DL to advise/Consult with business leaders on pipeline management
- Engages and manages external partners to leverage expertise and ensure seamless delivery of programmatic work
- Creates board of directors reports
- Manages employee networks
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Master's degree in I/O Psych, Organization Behavior or related feild. PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$119,680.00 - $179,520.00
