Citibank, N.A. seeks a Program Management Senior Lead for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Implement Human Resources (HR) data transformation strategy roadmap. Track and deliver HR data solutions in support of the transformation and Consent Order. Partner with HR Data team, Enterprise Transformation, Enterprise Data Office, as well as Organization PMOs, to achieve expected levels of sustainability that meet regulatory expectations, reduce risk, address article gaps and pass Internal Audit validation. Facilitate interaction with Internal Audit team including agreement on closure criteria, preview of closure material, and questions. Provide support for projects across the Data team. Develop and execute change management strategy within Data team and connect to the central efforts across the overall transformation. Identify opportunities for process streamlining for optimized delivery and closure of Consent Order milestones. Utilize a high-touch approach to partnering with stakeholders on the development of project plans, as well as driving execution of Consent Order-related deliverables. Keep all constituents, including dependency participants, informed of execution progress through regular communication, presentations, and status reporting. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent, in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation supporting transformation initiatives for implementing process enhancements within the financial services industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Working on large regulatory or strategic cross-functional risk and control transformation initiatives within the financial services industry; Designing and redesigning operating models for transformation programs including transition to BAU (Business as Usual) model post transformation; Developing, refining, and supporting program management processes and artifacts including toolkits, playbooks, operating and governance models, and change management processes to support the organization; and Performing stakeholder and cross-functional management by partnering with enterprise-level transformation and PMO (project management office) teams to achieve expected levels of sustainability to meet regulatory expectations, reduce risk, address article gaps, ensure policy compliance, and pass Internal Audit validation. 40 hrs./wk.
