Citibank, N.A. seeks a Regulatory Risk Sr. Officer I for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Support Regulatory Execution team in the development, adoption, and BAU governance around the new policy within the Risk Organization. Collaborate with stakeholders across all Risk functions globally, the Enterprise Chief Data Office, and Product Lead within Risk Data and Technology team. Utilize the systems, standards, and practices relevant to data management, and the key functions within Risk. Create and deliver technology implementation roadmaps, ensuring that both business and regulatory requirements are met. Drive implementation and adoption of consistent data management standards and capabilities to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework adoption across the enterprise and relevant businesses, functions, and regions. Participate in the execution of Regulatory and Internal Audit Corrective Action Plans. Communicate with different Risk functions to drive awareness as well as to collect feedback to support process improvement. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation performing quantitative analysis for credit risk-related projects within the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Working on large-scale projects and facilitating large change initiatives including project tracking and issue management; Performing risk assessment across different risk stripes and analyzing the effectiveness of risk mitigation and control methods; Designing process maps and procedures to enhance governance including optimizing data infrastructure and documentation; and Performing data analysis to conduct data lineage to determine authoritative data source of metadata attributes and perform mapping of meta data.
