We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to spearhead our Product Performance Metric curation and reporting efforts, ensuring that Citi Wealth Product teams have necessary data and insights necessary to make informed decisions.
Position Overview
The Product Performance Business Intelligence Team within the larger Business Intelligence organization plays a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that guide decision-making across the product organization. This position will be responsible for working with Business Analytical Managers and Product Teams to understand their needs and drive implementation of innovative business intelligence capabilities across the entirety of the Citi Global Wealth franchise. This role will partner closely across the Private Bank, Wealth at Work, and Citigold businesses, as well as the product teams, to deliver metrics / KPI reporting and foster a stronger data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive financial services experience working with Banking, Leading and Investment Product teams to develop, curate and launch metrics from scratch
Product Metric Curation
Lead the development, curation and launch of Product Performance metrics focusing on identifying drivers and areas for optimization of Wealth related products.
Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis of Wealth Management products to understand the drivers of product performance across various metrics and KPIs.
Partner proactively with Stakeholders, Business Analytics Managers and Product teams to identify data needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to facilitate and drive decision-making.
Design and Develop Reporting / Insights that can be automated into Dashboards or ad-hoc reports for consumption across all levels Wealth and Senior Leadership.
Team Management
Lead a Global Product Performance team of high-performing analysts
Drive best practices and consistency in data analysis, modeling and reporting across the team.
Technology within an Agile framework
Partner with Technology teams working withing an Agile Framework to evaluate and implement appropriate tools that can scale with increased usage and content.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends in business intelligence, wealth management technology, and operational enablement to ensure the firm’s capabilities remain competitive.
Skills
Excellent leadership, team management, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to demonstrate the ability to translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and delivery impactful results.
Expertise in Wealth Management products and their associated performance metrics.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, reporting, process simplification and automation preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
Proven history of success in leading and scaling BI functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Expertise in applying advanced analytical techniques and knowledgeable in analytical program languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
Proficiency in BI and CRM tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, Dataiku) and data management systems.

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
