In-House Creative Agency Account Manager

Citi’s US in-house creative agency is looking for an Account Manager to facilitate all aspects of marketing campaigns on behalf of assigned clients.
This position requires a proven record of success in combining outstanding project management skills, understanding of marketing strategy, knowledge of creative project workflow, and the ability to build strong working relationships to enable the success of the client and the in-house agency.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the in-house agency is to provide its partners with innovative and dynamic assets that adhere to brand guidelines, the client's central messaging and ADA compliance.
The Account Manager is specifically responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of campaign development and execution on behalf of assigned clients, ensuring work is produced on time and with accuracy, in keeping with desired strategies
- Acting as the day-to-day contact with clients, focused on flawless execution of one-off and integrated campaigns
- Developing and maintaining expertise specific to assigned clients and lines of business
- Representing the voice of the client in all internal agency project meetings and discussions
- Fostering an easy exchange of information and productive communication between clients and the internal agency
- Partnering with clients in creative brief development and participating in kickoff meetings to effectively set projects in motion
- Identifying scope changes and their impact on the schedule, communicating implications to clients as needed
- Ensuring final deliverables meet quality standards and expectations of both the agency and the client
- Partner with data analysts to present campaign performance results and insights with clients
- Working in close collaboration with Creative Directors and Project Managers to enable consistency of team performance and client satisfaction overall
- Participating in project kickoff meetings, performing internal reviews and joining client presentation calls to aid the team in delivering high quality assets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 5 years of marketing campaign experience in a corporate or agency setting; internal agency experience preferred
- Experience guiding project teams across the full range of marketing communications
- Adept at managing integrated campaigns across marketing channels: print, digital, out of home, social, video, web
- Outstanding client and project management skills
- Proven ability to drive value for clients through strategic communications
- Passionate about providing exceptional client service
- Ability to present business recommendations and provide supporting rationale
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to tell a story
- Comfortable working with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
