Team/Role Overview:

The Finance & Risk Technology Solutions team is an internal consulting group focused on business analysis, solution architecture, and development across Citi's technology landscape. This Senior Technical Business Analyst role is pivotal for driving AI transformation within Business Analysis and Product functions in Finance and Risk Technology. The objective is to lead the transition to AI-first practices, specifically focusing on high-priority projects in the Solutions Hub CSI and guiding the Business Analyst and Product AI Center of Excellence to foster innovation and AI proficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Develop innovative technical solutions for business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications, particularly for Credit Initiation and Onboarding.
• Contribute to product roadmap, development, governance, and automation strategies.
• Guide and influence stakeholders, providing technology advice and managing staff, including resource allocation and mentoring.
• Ensure rigorous risk assessment, compliance with regulations, and uphold ethical conduct in all business decisions.

What we’ll need from you:

• Extensive experience in business or systems analysis, with demonstrated expertise in planning tools.
• Strong diplomatic and analytical skills.
• Significant experience in financial services, ideally capital markets products.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues, assess risks, and balance conflicting needs effectively.
• Experience with Credit and/or Market Risk; an accounting background is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
