Senior AI Product Manager - Enterprise Platform
Software Engineering, Product, Data Science
USD 192k-288k / year
Citi is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of its flagship enterprise AI platform, sitting at the center of client engagement and operational innovation within Citi Services. Reporting to the Head of AI Client Engagement & Solutions, this is a rare opportunity to shape how AI capabilities are built, scaled and experienced across a global financial institution. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Technology, Data, AI, Operations, Risk and Client businesses — translating complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes for clients and the business alike.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and platform-first roadmap for Citi's enterprise AI platform, ensuring it supports multiple reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
- Lead delivery teams through the full product lifecycle — from discovery and design through to build, launch and continuous optimization — maintaining clear accountability for outcomes at every stage.
- Translate customer research, data insights and product metrics into precise hypotheses, prioritized requirements and well-defined user stories that guide engineering delivery.
- Partner with engineering to sequence the roadmap, resolve technical dependencies and drive the iterative release of AI-powered features and platform services.
- Collaborate with designers to shape AI-first product experiences, turning product requirements into actionable designs that are both user-centered and technically sound.
- Work closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Model Risk Management to ensure all AI capabilities are built and deployed in line with Citi's control requirements.
- Track and evaluate key performance metrics continuously, using data to validate what is working, identify improvement opportunities and generate the next wave of product hypotheses.
- Navigate the product governance process, leading the platform through operational, regulatory and risk gates across the product development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10 or more years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, user-facing products at a leading technology company or a high-growth funded start-up.
- Deep expertise in AI and AI-first product design, with the ability to engage credibly on topics spanning GenAI, Agentic AI, APIs, enterprise architecture and platform services.
- Proven ability to take platform use cases from concept to launch, working across technology, design, operations and risk stakeholders to deliver at pace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to source data, design and run experiments, interpret results quickly and convert findings into clear product decisions.
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of articulating complex product and technology trade-offs to senior executives and cross-functional teams with equal clarity.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with the strategic thinking and digital fluency to challenge established approaches and deliver solutions that create genuine customer and business value.
- Bachelor's or university degree.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working within a financial services environment, with familiarity of the risk, compliance and governance frameworks that apply to enterprise technology platforms.
- Prior exposure to platform product management, including experience building shared services or reusable capability layers across multiple product lines or teams.

- A hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, giving you flexibility without losing the energy of collaborative teamwork.

- Exposure to global teams spanning Technology, Data, Operations, Risk and Client businesses, offering broad professional development beyond a single function.
