AI Product Manager, Issuer Services - Vice President
Software Engineering, Product, Data Science
USD 129,840-194,760 / year
Issuer Services — one of the world's leading providers of corporate trust, depositary receipt, and debt capital markets services, administering more than US $9.0 trillion in assets under trust for over 3,500 clients globally. This is a high-impact, commercially grounded role at the centre of Citi's push to build a natively digital Issuer Services business — translating strategic AI ambitions into disciplined product delivery that creates measurable value for clients and internal teams alike. You will operate across the full product lifecycle, from concept and business case through to global rollout and scaled adoption, working across a matrixed organisation that spans Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage significant workstreams within the Global AI Product roadmap for Issuer Services, translating strategic priorities into detailed delivery plans and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive execution from concept through commercialization.
Identify, scope, and deliver AI-powered capabilities that create differentiated value for Issuer Services clients, engaging directly with clients throughout the lifecycle to validate solutions and manage expectations.
Coordinate the structured rollout of AI productivity tools for internal Issuer teams, managing adoption milestones and facilitating change management activities that embed AI into day-to-day workflows.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for AI initiatives, modelling cost and revenue scenarios, tracking actuals against projections, and supporting senior stakeholders in making prioritization decisions with clear financial rationale.
Ensure all AI capabilities are delivered in line with Citi's enterprise risk standards, coordinating model risk governance activities, maintaining data lineage and explainability documentation, and surfacing compliance or ethical AI considerations early.
Drive an agile delivery rhythm across AI product workstreams, maintaining well-groomed backlogs, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives, and tracking OKRs and KPIs to accelerate time-to-market.
Coordinate the geographic rollout of AI capabilities across Citi's global market footprint, managing regional delivery plans and ensuring design consistency as solutions are adapted to local regulatory and market requirements.
Serve as an informed advocate for AI within Issuer Services, communicating progress and outcomes to senior leadership and clients, and fostering a culture of AI curiosity and literacy across the Issuer team.

5 or more years of product management, product delivery, or equivalent experience, with demonstrated delivery of technology-led products in a structured, cross-functional environment.
Direct experience contributing to the build, launch, or scaling of AI or machine learning-powered products or digital platforms, ideally within financial services or fintech.
Proven ability to own delivery plans end-to-end — managing dependencies, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and reporting status clearly to senior stakeholders.
Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to business case development, support P&L analysis, and apply ROI thinking to AI investment decisions.
