Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Program Management Lead for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Use best practice methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholder’s and customer’s needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes. Drive end results projects, while working closely with key stakeholders including Sales, Trading, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams. Communicate project milestones and status updates, as well as any existing or potential escalation issues, to all concerned parties. Provide support to the Controls and Regulatory Management Portfolio Lead by preparing materials for all relevant senior governance forums. Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity and progress reports. Deliver first class service to trade booking flow initiatives to support risk and control outcomes. Determine required booking processes, controls, and analysis of current versus required to establish gaps and remediation. Perform analysis of trading scenarios and other processes utilizing knowledge of traded products, front to back trade flows, downstream processes, and related controls. Proactively review and challenge front to back controls and processes to identify risks or issues and propose solutions. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Markets for the internal project tracking system and enterprise project compliance requirements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Finance, or a related quantitative field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation performing complex analyses of controls in the financial services industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Evaluating front to back trade flow for a Markets business, including trade booking, downstream processing, and trade reporting; Performing complex and detailed analysis of controls and/or processes to support and challenge business specialists across Markets products and present to a large variety of stakeholders in a non-technical manner; Working with multiple deliverables under workstreams and programs through various stages of a project lifecycle to provide expert guidance and drive program delivery forward; and Ensuring risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, consistent with risk appetite, policies, and processes established within a Risk and/or Controls framework. 40 hrs./wk.
