Job Overview

Role Summary

He/she is responsible for leading deliver high-quality software solutions, plays a critical role in fostering a productive and innovative development environment, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning team efforts with business goals. This position requires a technical background, proven leadership abilities in handling Pega frameworks related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues constructively.
  • Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the team's projects.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects within established budgets and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
  • Ensure effective communication of project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:

  • Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures, including code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
  • Drive initiatives to improve code quality, system performance, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with broader business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and technological advancement within the team's domain.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong hands-on experience (10+ years) with handling Pega projects and Smart investigate framework knowledge
  • Solid understanding of software architecture.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
