Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Risk Management Cloud (RMC).

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Oracle EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client needs, including setting up consolidation rules, reconciliation formats, and risk control matrices.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
  • Create and deliver training materials to end-users and system administrators.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience asSenior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant
  • Must to have experience on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.
  • Good to have Java full stack skills
  • Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Go.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
  • Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless setups.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
