The Director, Concierge and Premium Services will serve as the day-to-day business leader of CLEAR’s suite of premium offerings, including CLEAR Concierge and other elevated service lines. With full P&L responsibility, this leader will drive commercial success through go-to-market strategy, pricing, and partnerships. By coordinating cross-functional support from marketing, operations, and tech, this leader will ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction across premium experiences.
Success in this role requires strong business leadership, deep commercial and partnerships acumen, and experience scaling customer-centric products in both digital and physical environments.
What you'll do:
- Deliver financial and operational performance: Own revenue, margin, and market penetration targets for Concierge and premium services.
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategy: Define positioning, pricing, and sales strategy for premium offerings.
- Drive partnerships: Establish and expand relationships with external partners (hospitality, travel, luxury, and lifestyle brands) to scale reach and customer value.
- Expand premium experiences: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities to launch new premium services and optimize existing offerings across CLEAR’s footprint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product, and Compliance to deliver outcomes that balance revenue growth with world-class customer experience.
- Represent the business externally: Act as the day-to-day point of contact with strategic partners, ensuring strong alignment and performance.
How you'll measure success:
- Premium product revenue and P&L delivery
- Customer acquisition, retention, and upsell performance
- Partner satisfaction and partner-driven revenue contribution
- Customer satisfaction and net promoter score (NPS)
What you're great at:
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or member experience roles.
- Proven ability to drive growth of new product lines with full P&L ownership.
- Deep experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial partnership development.
- Building and efficiently scaling high-performance hospitality & service standards across large, distributed teams.
- Strategic thinker who also thrives in tactical execution and balancing competing priorities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong relationship builder, credible with senior executives, strategic partners, and frontline staff alike.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize program performance and offerings.
- Track record of working across both owned and partner-driven channels to deliver results.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Self-starter with an "own it" mentality.

The base salary range for this role is $175,000.00-$215,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
