What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and manage all logistics for office visitors, including but not limited to candidates, clients, and vendors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all in-office needs, creating a friendly, helpful, and professional environment for our employees
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality within the office space
  • Work with vendor partners to keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and office supplies
  • Ensure all office equipment is maintained and operational, including troubleshooting minor tech issues and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of office policies
  • Scope and plan bi-annual team offsites and other team events through partnering closely with other team members in Operations

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
  • A true people person, with an empathetic and friendly demeanor
  • A quick learner who loves tackling challenges and streamlining processes
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Patient and persistent, with a passion for seeing tasks through to completion
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming office environment
  • Clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to enhance operations and processes at Courier Health
  • This role requires the physical ability to perform tasks that include lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
