Director of Implementations
Courier Health
Courier Health is on a mission to solve one of the biggest and most meaningful opportunities in healthcare: reinvent how people living with chronic and rare diseases are supported.
We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. Our software is leveraged by biopharma companies to support patients in their complex journey from diagnosis to initiating and remaining on therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.
The Opportunity
Courier Health is at an inflection point. We exist to get patients faster, better access to life-saving therapies. How quickly and effectively our customers can go live on our platform directly determines how many people we help. Our mission drives every decision at Courier Health, and implementation is how that mission reaches the real world. This role owns that.
We currently implement in weeks. You'll build the operating model that gets us to days, while maintaining a high-quality experience for our clients.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role for someone who builds clarity in ambiguous environments, designs systems that scale, and takes genuine pride in delivery excellence. If you want to architect something that matters and leave a measurable mark on how an entire category of healthcare technology gets deployed, this is your role.
What You'll Build
An implementation machine that scales with our growth. Courier Health has maintained 100% on-time, on-budget delivery with high CSAT and fully referenceable implementations. That's the foundation. Your job is to build the operating model, tooling, and team culture that can sustain rapid growth.
A team that owns outcomes. You'll manage and grow a team of Implementation Managers and Associates. You'll define career paths, set quality standards, and build a culture of extreme ownership and technical acumen. You develop people who don't wait to be told what's broken - they identify and fix.
A shorter path to customer value. Identify bottlenecks across process, tooling, and cross-functional handoffs. Implement structural improvements that reduce effort and compress time to Platform Delivery. Use AI aggressively and creatively to streamline what used to require manual effort.
Trust and credibility with cross-functional partners. You'll work closely with Client Solutions, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance. You're the connective tissue that keeps implementation from being a bottleneck and turns it into a competitive advantage.
