What your day will look like:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive go-to-market strategies including targeting, product positioning, value proposition, and marketing channels to take new products and solutions to market. You will work closely with the Business, Product, Broking, Sales Operations, and Marketing & Communications teams.

You should have proven experience developing and delivering high-quality Marketing plans, be able to think analytically as well as creatively, and have excellent follow-up and execution skills. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to collect and analyze market trends, produce high-quality value propositions and results at speed, lead multiple projects, and creatively support and enable the business.

This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work in our NYC office 2 to 3 days a week

Essential job functions:

  • Strong messaging and positioning skills with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into an easy-to-understand solution
  • Build clear, concise messaging that summarizes Aon / CoverWallet’s overall value proposition
  • Produce attention-grabbing marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Develop a Product Marketing plan outlining Marketing objectives and opportunities, target audience, value proposition, new and existing channels, and roadmap
  • Define and implement our go-to-market plan activating paid, owned, earned, and shared channels in collaboration with other MarCom teams (Online Acquisition, Partnerships, CRM, Comms & Content)
  • Lead the creation of customer-facing content, such as presentations, one-pagers, website copy, demo videos, and other assets as needed (with creative agency support)
  • Management of website revamp project (look & feel, architecture, content), in coordination with cross-functional teams and agency support
  • Project management and coordination of go-to-market plan with all MarCom subject areas; ensure teams are up-to-date on information and progress and find common grounds across teams
  • Keep track of project results and proactively look for opportunities for improved performance

Skills and experience that will lead to success:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, B2B tech preferred


  • Proficient in MS Office & Google suite of products
  • The bar for your writing is high: you can distill complex concepts and topics and write with the customer in mind
  • Highly organized and proficient with Project Management tools


  • Experience developing positioning and messaging campaigns, preferably B2B or Insurance or Tech
  • Experience working with teams and multiple stakeholders to launch features
  • Experience driving end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to capture and reveal audience and industry insights through strong analytical skills, external customer research, and internal input to help craft Product Marketing Strategy
  • Executive level presentation skills; able to communicate effectively and present ideas to internal and external senior leaders to establish rapport, energize, and influence
  • Examples of Product Marketing assets you have produced
  • Proven track record of setting and accomplishing goals with clear targets, resources, timelines, and budgets
  • Experience owning metrics - be comfortable tracking and reporting out on goals, measuring performance, and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Adept at and enjoy partnering cross-functionally across teams.


The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
