The Sr. Platform Product Manager will play a key role in managing and leading the innovation and development of our global digital insurance platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Product Management for an entire business line or for a core part of our insurance platform.

Your specialization for this role will be in the Customer Platform team with an emphasis on Data Products & AI. You will combine emerging trends in digital technology such as machine learning and artificial intelligence with a disciplined approach towards understanding our clients, their risks, and the insurance products that provide optimal coverage for their business.

Conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing to inform a digital product vision & strategy

Owns customer discovery and continuous evaluation of product-market fit to create a holistic product roadmap and backlog

Collect, analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user data

Develop, launch, and document new products and features with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence

Analyze and manage product performance to meet company goals

Communicate clearly among the various stakeholders and manage their expectations

Manage digital products or services end to end including conception, launch, and scale in coordination with cross-functional teams

Education:

Bachelor’s degree. Master’s or other relevant advanced degree /certification welcomed

Minimum of 4 years experience in a Product role.

Field of study in a relevant aspect of digital technology including software development, computer or systems engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, entrepreneurship, or related.

Professional:

Domain expertise in at least one relevant area such as Insurance, Finance, etc.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $155,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the geographic location.

What the day will look like:
The Sr. Platform Product Manager will play a key role in managing and leading the innovation and development of our global digital insurance platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Product Management for an entire business line or for a core part of our insurance platform.
