The way information on the internet is consumed is changing. It's shifting from humans searching pre-crawled information on Google to AI agents doing real-time targeted crawling from sources of truth. But, there’s no “Google” for AI agents… yet.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a primary player to help bring us from product-market fit to scale and beyond. You’ll help own the entire growth stack:

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a primary player to help bring us from product-market fit to scale and beyond. You’ll help own the entire growth stack:
- Strategize and iterate with founders on best strategies to build awareness of our company and product
- Design growth experiments by building lead magnets, content, and pages to test new products and ICPs
- Manage SEO and AEO - make sure that we are producing content that ranks
- Vibecode apps over our data and then spread them using video, partner channels, influencers, etc.
- Build out and manage dashboards to measure success of growth efforts and experiments and for easy reporting
- Build activation sequence and distribution loop for our soon-to-be-launched self-serve/PLG motion (B2B and B2C)
- Establish partnerships for further distribution
- Systems thinker - we want to use leverage to replicate what works
- Knowledgable in SEO and AEO, general content and how it ranks
- Good design eye - you know what looks good
- Tenacious - make sure we’re showing everywhere
- Dashboard lover - you want to know what’s going on and build out the systems to make that happen
- Builder - you vibe code and can help us build apps and videos that people want to see
- Viral inclination - you have an idea of what people want to see and what goes viral
- Built and grown a social following
- Launched side projects or products that found fast traction
- Familiarity with paid ads
- Active in online communities (Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, Product Hunt)
- Former founder
- Former experience in both B2B and B2C
- Impact: As the first growth hire, you’ll define how our product meets the world
- Trajectory: Learn directly from founders, YC partners, and top-tier investors
- Ownership: Competitive comp and meaningful equity in a profitable, fast-growing company
