The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will be responsible for partnering with segment and business leads to achieve financial and strategic success. A successful candidate will play a key role in advising on business P&L and being a forecast partner to challenge assumptions, manage vs targets and budget, and address risks and opportunities. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for collaborating with various functional groups in Operations, R&D, Finance and Accounting to prepare reporting packages and presentations for the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Segment Leadership, and Board of Directors. This position will report to the Director, FP&A.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and presentations for Segment Leads and Executive Leadership Team, and quarterly reporting and presentations for the Board of Directors
  • Manage the segment financial models and lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate data input and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to business partners in analyzing financial data and understanding variances between actual performance vs. plan and forecast

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field & MBA or advanced degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of of accounting principles and financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Haves:

  • Anaplan, Netsuite, and Tableau experience is preferred but not required

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
